The service

RiseXCart is a shopping advisor. You describe what you want, answer a short question, and receive a short list of products. Recommendations are informational. They are based on what you tell us and on product information available at the time. They are not a promise that a product is the best choice, in stock, or suitable for you.

Prices and availability

Prices, shades, and availability can change. The retailer's page is the current source. RiseXCart does not take payment and does not sell the products.

Retailers and affiliate links

Buy buttons send you to a third-party retailer. Some of those links are affiliate links. Regal Rise Media LLC may earn a commission if you purchase through them. That does not change the price you pay. Your purchase is with the retailer, under the retailer's own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The RiseXCart name, logo, and site design belong to Regal Rise Media LLC or its licensors. Product names, images, and prices belong to their respective owners and are shown to help you shop.

Prohibited use

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to access another person's data, interfering with the service, scraping it in a way that degrades it, or using it to mislead other people.

Changes to the service

Features, retailers, and recommendations can change or be withdrawn. The site may be unavailable from time to time.

Limitation of liability

RiseXCart is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Regal Rise Media LLC is not liable for retailer pricing, product performance, purchases you make elsewhere, or losses from using the recommendations. Some places do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
